Refund & Returns Policy
At Irukandji Tackle, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be confident when shopping with us. This policy outlines your rights and our returns process.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a change of mind return, the item must:

Be unused, unworn and in its original condition.

Be returned in its original packaging with all labels and accessories.

Include proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us at info@irukandjitackle.com before sending your item. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for change of mind returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If Irukandji Tackle provides a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of that label may be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your order is:

faulty or defective,

damaged during transit,

not as described, or

you have received the incorrect item,
please contact us as soon as possible at info@irukandjitackle.com with your order number and photographs of the issue where possible.
Where a product does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.
Irukandji Tackle will cover reasonable return shipping costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept change of mind returns for:

Gift cards

Clearance or final sale items (unless required under the Australian Consumer Law)

Custom-made or personalised products

Products that have been used, altered or damaged after delivery

Any item returned without prior approval
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, size or colour, please return your eligible item for a refund (where applicable) and place a new order through our website.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that processing times vary between banks and payment providers and may take several business days before the funds appear in your account.
